About Stephanie Sims
Founder & Professional Organizer
Stephanie Sims is the founder and CEO of Sims Organizing Service. Stephanie is a graduate from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Over 10 years ago Stephanie realized she had a talent for something many find so formidable, namely organizing. Since that day Stephanie has helped hundreds of satisfied clients, given numerous presentations, and been interviewed for insights into the exciting world of organizing. Additionally, Stephanie has been a member and networks with several groups including The National Association of Professional Organizers, Dallas Referrals Partners, Faithful Organizers and The National Study Group of Chronic Disorganization. The guiding principle behind all of Stephanie’s interactions is the belief that she has been given an opportunity to help other people better their lives now and provide them the tools to succeed in the future.
While other organizers may come into a space with the approach of “taking over”, Stephanie believes organizers are more effective when they help create a lasting system that works for the client and client’s family, lifestyle and/or business culture. With this in mind, Stephanie created the Triple S System, which is used by all of Sims Organizing Service organizers. This allows us to take advantage of Stephanie’s broad experience and provide you with consistent results.

About April Packer
Public Speaking Director
April is from a small town in Mississippi, born to Christian parents who taught her and her siblings to live by godly principles. She has worked and served in various leadership roles over the years from small groups leader, community leader and Bible teacher. She nurtured students in the classroom as a school teacher for over 15 years where she taught every age from kindergarten to high school. She has been at the helm of organizing and teaching a successful after school program and has mentored students from ages 8-18.
April has also served in various leadership roles such as an adjunct instructor teaching college students and the curriculum writer of a volunteer program. Her expertise has ranged from developing and organizing a student leadership program to training and mentoring adults as volunteers. She is a community servant, sowing her time and talents both at church and in the community. She is also a life-long learner with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Master of Science Degree in Speech Communication. She currently lives in Dallas, TX, where Flourishing Ministries is headquartered.

Design, Redesign & Staging Director
Sharon started staging homes in 2008. Since then, Sharon has helped clients in the resale of their homes as well as decorating homes for a fresh and orderly style. With staging and designing experience, Sharon enjoys taking client’s accessories and furniture and reworking them for a totally new look! SOS values Sharon’s experience, creative abilities and design skills to help decorate homes for sale or for clients to enjoy for years to come!

Shuronda Scott is known as the Possibilities Coach. As a certified life coach, business consultant, author and motivational speaker, she helps others recognize possibilities (within) and opportunities (without) for greater success both personally and professionally. Engaging her audiences with inspirational and intuitive presentations, her goal is to help you discover hidden and dormant talents that draw out the greatness in you. In her own life, Shuronda has learned how to embrace new vistas of possibilities. Passionate about helping others do the same, she launched Walking in Possibility which focuses on helping others step onto their stage of possibility. In her recently released book, “Á Pocketful of Possibilities: Impossible Dreams, Made Possible,” Shuronda shares how to “take your dreams out of the wait” and to create your own roadmap of possibilities.
